Coagh men charged with damaging each other’s cars

Jonathan Ferguson, 23, from Drumconvis Road, denies a charge of damaging a car owned by his co-accused on August 18 as well as having an offensive weapon - namely a wheel brace - at Fountain Road in Cookstown on August 19.
Stephen Patrick McKnight, 31, from Main Street in Coagh, stands charged with damaging a car belonging to Mr Ferguson on August 18, as well as driving when unfit, possession of cannabis, possession of an offensive weapon - namely a bar - on Fairhill Road, and assault of a male.
All the charges are alleged to have occurred on August 18 or 19.
Both cases are adjourned until July 29. Both defendants were represented at court by Mr Colin Donnelly.
