Motorists are advised that delays are to be expected on the M2 northbound this evening (Tuesday, April 25) due to a fire onboard a bus near to the Sandyknowes junction
A PSNI spokesperson said just before 6pm: “One lane of the motorway is currently closed. If possible, please seek an alternative route for your journey.”
Trafficwatch NI reported earlier that passengers had been taken from the double decker vehicle on to the hard shoulder and that they have since left the area on a replacement bus.
