10th Anniversary show

SINOCENCE celebrate their ten year anniversary with a show in the Limelight on Saturday.

The band formed in 2001 and since then have been a leading force in the Northern Irish rock scene being both influential and original in forging their own identity and unmistakable sound in a global market place.

They have established an impressive CV by anyone’s standards having both headlined and showcased at some of the UK’s most prestigious music festivals including the Bulldog Bash and Bloodstock, alongside countless shows with some of rock and metal’s most famous heavyweights such as Machine Head, WASP, Diamond Head, Soulfly, Staind, Bullet For My Valentine, Therapy?, Soil, American Head Charge, Wednesday 13, Paul Dianno, Blaze Bayley but to mention a few.

The band have been able to maintain a healthy career through intense gigging and touring throughout the UK and out into Europe touring the likes of Germany and Holland on the strength of their music and maintain an ever expanding fan base.

With seven releases including their DVD package in 2002 which aired on a BBC2 rock show promoting the growing music scene in Ireland and their last release ‘Scar Obscura’ receiving rave reviews worldwide and hailed by Metal Hammer magazine as the best album the UK has seen in recent years, Sinocence have been picked up by a number of labels along the way and had the luxury of picking and choosing who they wanted to release each album with.

Now independantly releasing under their own record lable ‘Metalbox Recordings’ and managed by ADL Managment in London they are hard at work on their eagerly anticipated third full length album to conicide with a 2012 tour and appearing at UK festivals along the way.

Next weeks show sees some of Northern Irelands finest metal Acts come in support of Sinocence inluding Honey for Christ, Rebels by Nature, Interrogate and Banbridge new young talent Warcrux. Sinocence will be performing material spanning the ten years and there will be a bus running from Armagh.
