2013 committee for Cathedral

The group’s primary aim is to co-ordinate artistic activity during the City of Culture year while at the same time promoting the Christian message throughout the Diocese.

It is the intention of the committee to stage a series of thought-provoking exhibitions and activities, in keeping with the Diocesan vision of ‘Transforming Community: Radiating Christ’.

The committee will also be using the 2013 celebrations to showcase the art work and traditional crafts made by women’s groups and those with are non-able-bodied who use art and crafting as a means of expression.
