Art talk by historian Mike Robinson
ACCLAIMED art historian Mike Robinson returns to Flowerfield in Portstewart to give a series of three illustrated talks throughout November discussing art in the service of authority - and the artist as creator of the ‘official vision’.
He opens the series with a talk entitled ‘Portrait of Jesus’, on Thursday, November 3rd, starting at 7.30pm Admission is £4.50, which is payable at the door on the night.
The series continues over the following two weeks with ‘Friendly Persuasion’ on November 10 and ‘Towing the Line’ on November 17.
