Bagatelle join Coach NYE line-up

ONE of Ireland’s best loved bands Bagatelle will perform at Coach, Banbridge, this New Year’s Eve!

The Irish rock band from County Louth are best known for their popular pop hits such as 'Second Violin', ‘Leeson Street Lady’ and their best known and best loved song ‘Summer in Dublin.’

Bagatelle – once referred to by Bono as ‘Bag-a-money’ in reference to their fame - first started to get noticed around the 70s. They enjoyed significant success having shared stages with artists such as Bob Marley, Don McLean, Jose Feliciano and many more.

They have had albums produced by Phil Coulter and the late Gus Dudgeon, who produced for David Bowie and Elton John and they also appeared on the ‘Self Aid’ concert in the mid-1980s with U2 and Van Morrison.

Bagatelle have sold thousands of records over a career which has spanned almost three decades, and on New Year’s Eve you can catch them upstairs in Coach’s Over 21s Function Room where they will be supported by local band Fireside Folk.

‘The Hogwart’s Ball’ will take place across the rest of the Coach complex on New Years Eve with Cool FM’s PK in the main room.

And of course there’s the sumptuous new VIP Suite which is the toast of the Coach right now, with its bunny girls, cocktail mixologists and all-round decadence!

Admission to Bagatelle on NYE is £12 and tickets will be available from the Front Bar at Coach. Door admission to the Hogwarts Ball will be £10.
