Ballbogey Civic Week under way

Monday from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. will feature sports for a variety of age groups from 4 to 6, 7 to 10, 11 to 13 and 13 plus.

On Tuesday, from 2 p.m. onwards there’s a variety of activities and from 7 p.m. a snooker competition for 11 to 17 year olds and 18 plus. Darts will also take place.

Wednesday at 2 p .m. will feature a child’s walking treasure hunt and from 6 p.m. ‘Anything on wheels’. An adults and child’s marathon will be another feature.

Colouring competition and other activities from 2 p.. to 5 p.m. and from 7 p.m. there’s five-a-side soccer for youths - under 12s and under 16s.

Friday night and things are starting to hot up with a barbecue, horse shoes, fancy dress, prize givings and a dog show while Saturday will also have a barbecue, bouncy castle, face painting and much more.
