Then the five day ‘I Survived Boot Camp’ challenge, run by local Personal Trainer and Bootcamp connoisseur Irene McCaffrey, is just for you!

Last year the boot campers raised just over £1,600 for leading N.I Charity ‘Action Cancer’ while losing weight and feeling great at the same time!

‘I survived boot camp’ challenge is taking place in the beautiful grounds of Moira Demesne and Wallace Park Lisburn simultaneously.

Sign up now for ‘I survived boot camp’ starting on Monday 6th August at 6:15am and 6:15pm running through to Friday 10th August.

The registration fee is £30 for the week and all proceeds go to Action Cancer Charity.
