Burns Night Celebration at The Bush

The party season may be officially over, but there is something to look forward to in January other than empty bank balances and wet weather.

January 25th is the traditional night to celebrate the life and works of Scottish Poet Rabbie Burns. All over the world the Scots and those of Scots descent mark the evening in keeping with how they want to celebrate their heritage.

These parties can range from refined literary occasions with poetry readings and quizzes about the life of Burns to a more generalised Scottish themed evening with readings, funny speeches, singing and dancing and off course, plenty of Haggis and Whisky.
