Change your life with cognitive therapy

THE Playhouse Theatre in Londonderry is teaming up with two creative specialists to offer a unique course that could completely change your life.

‘Impossible Dreams’ offers the opportunity to be part of a creative collective where participants can take account of their lives, challenge their old ways of thinking and through a creative process set out on a new path for life.

Inspired by the international best-seller ‘The Artist’s Way’ by Julia Cameron, the sessions will be facilitated by freelance theatre practitioner and arts consultant Jo Egan from Belfast and Cognitive Therapist and Personal Development Coach Ursula McHugh from Londonderry.

“The Artist’s Way is popular the world over and we are delighted to have such experienced facilitators as Jo and Ursula here at the Playhouse to lead this course,” said Playhouse Director Pauline Ross.

“I know it will be of great interest to people here in Derry and I expect demand to be high,” she added.

Course co-facilitator Jo Egan said: “I have conducted this Course many times in Dublin and Belfast and it has never failed to bring great change to many, many individual lives. It has that capacity to really, really challenge people and get to the heart of their creativity.”

The courses will take place in The Playhouse Theatre Derry, beginning at 7pm Tuesday, February 15 (thereafter once monthly meetings for 12 months).

The cost is £120 and a deposit of £45 will secure a place. For more information contact Ursula McHugh on 078 13124126, email [email protected] or contact Jo Egan on 077 89424587 or email [email protected].
