Both will go forward to the grand final in Belfast’s Europa Hotel in May and stand a chance of winning the coveted title of Open + Direct Miss Northern Ireland 2013.

This year’s winner will not only take on the coveted title of Open + Direct Miss Northern Ireland 2013, and an all expenses paid trip to Miss World in Indonesia, she will also win a Kia car from Downey’s, taxed and insured for a year by Open + Direct, as well as a host of other glamorous fashion, beauty and fitness prizes.

Last year’s winner, Tiffany Brien said of her Miss Northern Ireland experience last year: “I can honestly say my year as Miss Northern Ireland has been a whirlwind so far and I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who made it happen, from event organiser Alison Clarke and title sponsors Open + Direct, to fashion sponsors ‘The Outlet.’ It’s an experience I wouldn’t have missed and for any girls out there thinking about entering, there’s still time to sign up for one of your local heats!”

Title sponsor Open + Direct will also be supporting the Miss Northern Ireland 2013 contest with a number of “glamorous giveaways” - throughout the duration of the competition the insurance company’s Facebook fans can enter a draw to win a host of fabulous prizes such as dinner for two at Horatio Todd’s, Belfast or an exciting clay pigeon shooting experience from Field of Dreams, Bangor.
