Harry Hill's TV Burp (ITV1, 7pm)

What's it all about? Large collared comedian Harry Hill pokes fun at a few of our best loved shows, including EastEnders, Coronation Street and Emmerdale; spotlights some of the week's most bizarre sights or sayings, and then pitches two eclectic forces at one another before the ad break.

Then it's more of the same in part two, along with the occasional special guest, glove puppet and a TV highlight of the week - or a variation on the theme.

If you're lucky he'll throw in the odd catchphrase such as "Chippy chips" and "Ear cataracts?"

For newcomers it may sound rather surreal, and it is, but with a couple of Baftas under its belt, this has become one of the most popular shows on the box.

Look out for: Those often rib-tickling clips of course. And in a series first, the result of The K Factor will be announced. (For those in the dark, it's a knitting contest in the style of The X Factor).

The Restoration Man (Channel 4, 9pm)

What's it all about? Architect George Clarke will be travelling the length and breadth of the country, looking for neglected architectural gems in the hope of bringing them into the modern world.

The format involves members of the public buying up old buildings and turning them into homes - so it could be accused of being a kind of Grand Designs for posh properties. George is adamant that won't the case, and claims instead that many of the properties will be easily affordable.

Look out for: Some of the amazing transformations, including an old ice house in Scotland, by a loch. The owner bought it from a farmer for around 10,000, then spent 100,000 to do it up, turning it into an amazing piece of architectural heritage.

FlashForward (Five, 9pm)

What's it all about? How would you like a glimpse into your own personal future? Would you leap at the chance or prefer to let your life take its course without any spoilers?

When FlashForward first began, no one was given the choice; everyone human being on the planet lost consciousness and experienced a vivid vision lasting a little over two minutes.

Each and every one of them got a look at what they'd be doing in approximately six months' time. Well, nearly everyone. As the series went on, it transpired that a mysterious figure caught on camera at a baseball stadium didn't pass out when the rest of the world was unconscious. So since then, the authorities have been trying to find out just who he is and what makes him so special.

Look out for: Joseph Fiennes, who stars as ex-alcoholic FBI agent Mark Benford, the self-appointed head of the team investigating the mysterious blackout.

As Mark unravels the mystery that has struck terror into the world's population, he's also forced to confront his own vision during which he was drinking again.

As the series returns from its mid-season break, the team continue their search for the mysterious man from the stadium.
