Ditty’s uses local artisan producers such as organic dairies and local farmers for the ingredients they incorporate into their range of speciality products – which are created using traditional baking techniques and time-honoured recipes.

From traditional soda farls and potato bread to the more modern savoury taste sensations such as pizza sausage rolls and sundried tomato bread, Ditty’s makes them all – and Corner Bakery are proud to stock them.

Sweet-toothed customers are not forgotten – as they can enjoy everything from apple tarts and madeira cake to banana bread, raspberry Lemingtons and much more.

Ditty’s award-winning sweets and savouries are available at the Corner Bakery alongside the Fairhill-based Restaurant Sorrento’s delicious range of home-made soups, sandwiches, scones and stews.
