Dairine hits the right notes

Members of the Ulster Youth Training Choir came together this week for a special residential music course at Campbell College in Belfast.

Funded by the Arts Council of Northern Ireland, the choir is made up of the best young singers aged 16 to 24 from across Northern Ireland. Among them was Dairine McCaughley from St Michael’s Grammar School.

Established in 1999, the choir provides singers with opportunities to access and participate in quality training opportunities, working with some of the finest choral and vocal practitioners from throughout the UK and Ireland.
