Disco for MS at Traks

And Traks in Portush has a great line up.

On Sunday, August 29 Shunters will be transformed for a 70's and 80's fancy dress disco for the MS Society.

The management of the Portrush nightclub has been overwhelmed by the response of local businesses in relation to this event. Not only have there been cash donations, but restaurants and hotels have donated meal vouchers, and shops have given prizes for the draw on the night.

"We've been really amazed by the generosity shown by people in these hard economic times," says Traks' Brian Moore.

"Ticket sales for the night are incredible and there's no doubting it will be a great night."

The fundraiser will feature 70's and 80's music, and it's fancy dress.

Organisers are keen to point out that outfits don't have to tie in with the music theme. Any kind of outfit is welcomed.

So go crazy there will be outfits for the funniest and most original costumes.

On Saturday, August 28 celebrate the end of the summer holidays with a foam party! These nights have become legendary at the Portrush club so dig out the shorts and shades for what promises to be a great night!

The Traks dancers will once again be on duty and the night itself will be hosted by Brian Moore who promises a summer assortment of dancefloor friendly tunes!
