Fault Lines marks the final volume in Debbie’s ‘Death & Co’ trilogy for teen readers

The series follows fifteen year old Adam Mortson, who must balance his ‘normal’ life (school, mates, girlfriend) with being a Luman, a guide for the souls of the dead.

On Thursday, January 22 at 8pm Debbie will read some sections from the book, talk about the writing and publication process and take questions from the floor.

Copies of all three books will be available for sale on the night.

In Fault Lines the net is closing and Adam must make a final stand to save his relationship with Melissa and the live the life he has always wanted. His school trip to Japan will be the ultimate decision maker - but only if he and his friends survive...

Debbie (DJ) McCune was born in Belfast and grew up in Carrickfergus, where she wrote her first stories - including a thriller about a stolen wallaby. She read Theology at Trinity College, Cambridge but mostly just read lots of books. She lives in Portstewart with her husband and daughter.

Debbie was signed by Hot Key Books in 2012 for a Young Adult fiction trilogy.

The first two books, Death & Co. and The Mortal Knife have already been published internationally.

Admission to the reading will be free, and some light refreshments will be available after the reading, when there will be a chance to meet the author and purchase books.
