Since winning the Award she has been studying for a Masters at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.
Rebecca said: “Since winning the Northern Ireland Singer Award, I have been able to build on my experience, using the bursary from the award to fund additional singing lessons with teachers and coaches across the UK and Ireland.
“The award has also given me a platform on which to go forward and perform at a higher standard, in competitions at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and beyond. I am grateful for the support Ballymena Festival has given me in developing my career.”
