Banbridge people wanted for TV show

A Belfast based TV production company is looking for couples from Banbridge to take part in a new documentary.

Afro-Mic Productions is in the process of producing a new show for BBC NI which celebrates all that is great and good about a Northern Irish Wedding Day. They are on the lookout for couples who were married anytime from the 1960s right up to now, who are willing to dust off their wedding videos and photo albums and review their own weddings. Casting Producer, Kerry Reid said: “We’re keen to hear from couples of all ages and all walks of life. Anyone who married in the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, 00s to present day is welcome to apply.”

The documentary is one of the first in Northern Ireland to be filmed in lockdown and is being created exclusively from the contributors’ homes where couples will review their own weddings. To get involved contact: [email protected] or call 07946 234766.
