Flash Harry’s tour takes in Lisburn venue

FOLLOWING hot on the heels of a fantastic Diamond Jubilee performance in the Wallace Park earlier this year, Queen tribute act Flash Harry will be making a welcome return to Lisburn when they perform at the Island Arts Cetre on Friday October 5.

The Lisburn show is part of a tour, which will see the renowned act playing a host of venues in Northern Ireland, including the Ardhowen Theatre in Enniskillen and the Marine Court Hotel in Bangor.

The Classic Irish Rock Tour will celebrate the musical heritage of Ireland and its music that has rocked the world.

The band will be joined by special guests to form a massive ten piece band, complete with twin lead guitar and brass section. Expect to hear classics from the likes of Thin Lizzy, Van Morrison, U2, Snow Patrol as well as the best from the Queen back catalogue.

“It’s amazing, the songs from Ireland which have been successful all over the world and recognised across all generations,” said lead singer Harry Hamilton. “Narrowing the set list down to 25 songs has been a real challenge.” Flash Harry have entertained thousands of people and played to sell-out audiences across all Ireland and the UK including: Belfast’s Odyssey Arena and Waterfront as well as The Point Theatre, Dublin and The Royal Albert Hall in London.

The band Flash Harry has been celebrating the music of Queen for over 20 years. These days to carve out a career of that length and sell more tickets now than at any time their history proves that this band can deliver.

Originally planned as a one off show in response to the sad passing of the legendary showman, Freddie Mercury, Flash Harry played their very first show at Lurgan Town Hall. Since then the band have entertained thousands of people and played to sell-out audiences across Ireland and the UK including: The Odyssey Arena, Belfast’s Waterfront, The Point Theatre, Dublin and The Royal Albert Hall in London.
