Get into the Groove for 70s/80s night

The 70s and 80s are two decades guaranteed to stir memories of fantastic fashion and even more fabulous music.

Then, put Friday, May 11th in your diary for a night of memories, music and dancing all in aid of the new Causeway Creche fund in Portrush.

The evening will feature guest DJs, dancers and the best music from the 1970s and 1980s.

Already, many of those attending are preparing their outfits, ready to dress in the authentic gear - whether it’s the tank tops and Farrah Fawcett hair of the 70s or the pork pie hats of Madness of the 80s or the big hair and shoulder pads of Bananarama - the choice is yours.

Tickets for this not-to-be-missed event are available from Kellys in Portrush or Arrosto Cafe in Portrush or you can pay at the door. Admission £10.

So ‘Get into the Groove’, put on those ‘Baggy Trousers’ and you’ll find yourself ‘In the Mood for Dancing’.
