Get ready for a lark in the park

NORTHERN Ireland's fastest growing outdoor music festival, 'Lark in the Park' are gearing up for another successful year, with the final preparations now underway for the Moira Demesne event on April 30 and May 1.

There will be two spectacular days of live music, entertainment and a fun day out for all the family.

April 30, will see one of Irelands best, The Saw Doctors headline the evening and May 1 is headlined by the unstoppable Northern Ireland supremos General Fiasco.

The line up for the two day festival includes Fiddler Adam, Black Thorn, Rattle and Hum, The Beat Poets, The Varonis, The Dead Presidents, Doghouse, Microlip and Raised on Rock.

Both days will have a funfair, barbecue, hog roast, food vans, kids entertainers, dancers and plenty of fun.

The festival runs on Friday April 30 from 5pm to 10.30pm and on Saturday May 1 from 12noon to 10.30pm.

Tickets, priced 20 for each day, are on sale now from all usual Ticketmaster outlets.
