Give My Head Peace at The Braid

BFOLLOWING last year's sell-out shows across Northern Ireland, the award-winning team from Give My Head Peace and Dry Your Eyes are touring their brand-new stage show, Give My Head Peace…Live and Dangerous!,and will appear at Ballymena's Braid Arts Centre for two nights only on Friday, March 26 and Saturday, March 28.

Give My Head Peace…Live and Dangerous! features all of the favourite and much-loved characters from Give My Head Peace and Dry Your Eyes, including those who ‘passed away’ in the last episode of the hit BBC Northern Ireland television series…and a few surprises too!

Uncle Andy, Cal, Da, the motorcycle-mad McDowells and many more come together for a night of guaranteed laughs and comic anarchy.

Damon Quinn (Cal), Tim McGarry (Da) and Michael McDowell (Billy), the writers behind the two television programmes, have once again joined forces to bring the hilarious characters from the programmes to life on stage. They are joined by the comic talents of Olivia Nash (Ma), Marty Reid (Uncle Andy) and, for the first time on stage with the gang, one of Northern Ireland’s best-known broadcasters George Jones. George plays Melvin (Big Mervyn’s smarter brother) and Emma Little plays the mysterious character Lily.
