Health and wellbeing charity event

THE Ross Park Hotel, Kells, will be the venue on Wednesday, February 3, for the annual Federation of Small Businesses' (FSB) Health & Wellbeing Charity event in aid of Disability Action.

FSB are delighted to have secured well known alternative healthcare practitioner Mr Jan de Vries as guest speaker for the event.

Mr de Vries owns a number of complementary healthcare and affiliated clinics in the UK and Ireland and will be on hand to offer valuable advice and tips.

There are simple steps employers can take to improve the health and fitness of their workforce at little or no cost to the business.

More active employees have less stress, are better motivated and take less time off work due to illness. Business health can mean business wealth!

Why not take time out to get that all-important health check and sample some of the treatments from a range of therapies on offer at the event, which takes place from 5pm to 10.30pm.

Specialist advisors will be available to discuss stress management, diet and nutrition and offer checks on blood pressure and general health. Follow up sessions can be arranged on a one to one basis if required.

Tickets are priced at 10 payable in advance or 15 at the door with all proceeds going to Disability Action, a local charity.

To book your place, contact the FSB Regional office on 028 8676 9023.
