Jack, who started skiing at the age of seven on a family holiday, has already taken part in competitions in Dublin, Wales and England and if selected next year will ski in Manchester and Italy.

Although only 11, he has represented Ireland in the 12-14 age range in slalom and giant slalom skiing.

To date, he has won four trophies, six gold medals and was third in the UK for his age group.

Jack practices his skiing every Wednesday and Friday at Craigavon dry slope and some Saturdays and Sundays in Dublin.

Jack enjoys the excitement of skiing and would love to take part in the skiing World Cup when he is older.

It would be a dream come true for him to take part in the Olympics and his ideal job would be as a ski instructor.
