Kathryn’s work part of ‘True Colours’

Visitors to the Ulster Museum will get a glimpse of the future stars of the Northern Ireland arts scene when they take in the CCEA ‘True Colours’ exhibition during January and February.

Seventy five young artists were selected by CCEA to showcase their GCSE and GCE Art and Design work from the summerexams.

From intricate paintings to innovative sculptures and daring fashion design, the ‘True Colours’ exhibition reveals the high calibre of creative work produced by CCEA candidates.

Former Coleraine High School Kathryn Reid’s A2 level work has been chosen to be one of the displays at the exhibition.

Kathryn has now moved on to college in Limavady studying for a Foundation in Art and Design and plans to continue her love of Fine Art and Design at the University of Ulster in Belfast.
