Kilraughts YFC hold fun-filled weekend

Kilraughts Young Farmers Club put on a fun-filled list of activities for all the community of all ages to join last weekend at Gardner’s Farm.

The exciting weekend started on Friday night with a unique twist to an annual sports night entitled “Kilraughts Challenge”.

This Challenge night saw over 20 teams in competing in various numbers of events such as slippy dodge ball, wheel barrow obstacle course and much more.

Alongside of the water games, young and old enjoyed the bouncy castles and cooled off from the weather with a BBQ. With a very successful turn out for “Kilraughts Challenge”,

Kilraughts annual Barn Dance took place on Saturday night with large numbers in attendance. With music being provided by the band “Sunshine” and Rodeo Bull everyone enjoyed the Barn Dance.

Kilraughts would like to thank everyone who turned out to both nights, everyone who contributed and finally Gardner family for the use of facilities for ensuring a very successful weekend for Kilraughts Young Farmers.
