Legacy take to the stage for charity

Hagues Bar, in association with After Dark Promotions, will be hosting a charity concert in aid of the Northern Ireland Cancer Fund for Children on Friday August 30.

The concert will feature local band Legacy, as well as a host of support acts.

As their name suggests, Legacy is exactly what the members of this new band are.

This group of experienced musicians and friends have hand picked each other to come together to bring you the sound and atmosphere of the great arena rock acts. Legacy will deliver one rock anthem after the other and fans of the genre will love it.

There is something for everyone in this musical maelstrom of instantly recognisable classics.

The members of the band have individually played in many recognised and established bands throughout the years – Stevie K (singer) having toured Ireland, England, Europe and USA.

He has his own record deal and is a successful singer songwriter with a few great CD’s under his belt; Rab (guitarist) has played with Winter, Raised on Rock and sessioned with many other renowned bands and has recorded several albums . He has also toured Ireland, England, Europe Canada and more recently Russia; Paul (guitarist) has played with Native Sun and has also toured extensively; Stevie Prosser on keyboards with his impressive ability has played in several of the UK’s top bands and is also the keyboard player with the legendary Flash Harry; Glen (drums) played in various rock bands including Tekruze, European KISS tribute, Hotter Than Hell and sessioned with many others; and Steve (bass) has played with Clubsound and as a songwriter has had success in London’s West End. He now plays with the hugely talented and successful band Raised on Rock.

Doors open at 8pm and the bar will be open until 1am. Admission is just £5.
