Taking place on Wednesday, November 23, from 4pm to 5pm in Legahory Centre, this annual event is always a big hit.

DJ Barry Thompson will be playing all your favourite Christmas tunes as well and some great songs everyone can sing along to.

Local Primary Schools St Brendan’s, Tullygally and Drumgor will all be singing some beautiful, traditional carols while Moyraverty Arts and Drama Society (MADS) will be putting on two very special musical performances. There will also be walkabout characters including Rudolph and snowmen giving out sweets and balloon modellers.

The main event of course will be the arrival of Santa Claus who will make his special appearance in his big red sleigh and will be greeting his ‘fans’ after the Mayor of Craigavon, Councillor Alan Carson has switched on the Christmas tree lights.

The Mayor said: “We are delighted that the local clergy from the area will also be attending on the night. So get those hats, coats and scarves on and join us for a fabulous festive evening!”
