Jason Manford doesn't play the Waterfront until 11 and 12 March next year … but tickets for both shows are already selling out fast! He made his Edinburgh Fringe debut in 2005 with Urban Legend, a show that was nominated for the main Perrier award. Jason, who is now one of the biggest comedy names on the current scene, was recently confirmed as the new co-host of BBC One`s The One Show.

Al Murray The Pub Landlord brings his brand new stand-up show - Barrel of Fun - to the Waterfront on Thursday 7 October. Britain's best-known Pub Philosopher will be serving up his own special brew of bar room banter at the Waterfront. Last year the People's Publican left his regulars over-flowing with laughter, on his one-man mission to fix Broken Britain. This year you can tap into a whole new Barrel of Fun, and no half measures.

Dan Antopolski - Triple Perrier Award Nominee, veteran Edinburgh Fringe sell-out and Winner of the 2009 Dave Award for Funniest Joke of the Fringe - plays the Waterfront on Wednesday 3 November. Described by the Scotsman as One of the funniest and hardest-working comedians out there …" his Turn Of The Century stand-up show is a 'must-see.'

Stand-up fans should prepare their brains for a Nonsensory Overload on Thursday 25 November as Ross Noble takes centre stage. During his show, Noble will be spinning forth hilarious nonsense for your amusement.

Described by the Evening Standard as "a gloriously gifted storyteller," the multi-award winning John Bishop's shows on Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 November are almost sold out with only single seats still available.

Tickets are now on sale for Sarah Millican who plays the Waterfront Studio on Friday 19 November. Hailed by Metro as "wonderfully wrong… incredibly funny," the 'sweet and filthy' Geordie's stand-up show promises jokes about life and love.

Magners Waterfront Comedy Club events are strictly for over 16s only unless otherwise stated.
