Marian Miller exhibition

Born in County Down, Northern Ireland, Marion studied painting and Fine Art in England obtaining an MA in Fine Art at Birmingham College of Art, First Class Honours and BA in Painting at Exeter College of Art. Marion returned to Ireland and continued to paint as well as lecturing in painting at the Colleges of Art in Belfast, Dublin and Cork and more recently working as the Principal Officer in Art for the CCEA for Northern Ireland.

Marion’s work is firmly placed in the context of non-figurative colour abstraction drawing directly on the rich tradition of British, Dutch, Irish and American abstraction.
