More acts added to Sunflowerfest

The line up for this year’s Sunflowerfest has just got even bigger, with a host of new acts announced.

Pocket Billiards, The Bonnevilles, Rupture Dogs, Screaming Eagles, Tracy Bruen, Alison McGrath & Band, Nik Lowe, My Fellow Sponges, The Twisted Sisters, The Sandrunners, Nasa Assassin, The Defects, Concrete Circus, James Gillespie and Stormzone are the latest additions to the popular festival, which will be held at Tubby’s Farm in Hillsborough from August 22 until August 25.

The new acts will join those previously announced, including Baleful Creed, Coco and the Butterfields, Chelsey Chambers, Echo Raptors, Fox.E and the Good Hands and Grainne Duffy Band.

As well as music, there is a lot more in store at Sunflowerfest, including debate; comedy; poetry; campsite craic; fabulous local food; crafts, classic cinema; silent disco madness; yoga and relaxation therapies; and of course lots of magical make-believe and hand-on cool stuff for families and kids.

Tickets are on sale now at the special price of £59.95 and are available online from ticketmaster.ie and the following outlets: Sainsbury’s Sprucefield, The Sunflower Bar Union Street Belfast, The Voodoo Bar, Fountain Street, The Rusty Zip Botanic, BMX@T13 Titanic, Music Matters in Lisburn.

Tickets rise to the full price of £69.95 on May 31. Door price will be £74.95.
