Mount Druid Rally

PREPARATIONS are underway from the ninth Mount Druid Vintage Rally to be held on Saturday, June 11 from 11am to 4pm.

There will be the usual display of vintage machinery, including threshing equipment, live music, dancing, wood carving, pancake making, animals (including sheep shearing), cake stall, rickety wheel, bric-a-brac and various side shows.

Also a raffle and auction in front of the bandstand will take place followed by Grand Finale, prize giving and Vintage Cavalcade.

For children ther will be Bananaman, fun fair, face painting, junior garden for babies and toddlers plus a sand pit, lucky dip and ice cream.

Hungry? There will be a bqq, Irish stew, teas, sandwiches, pastry, pancakes and soft drinks all available in the Orchard.
