Naturally North Coast & Glens Artisan market at Lammas Fair

“We are delighted to be working in conjunction with the Ramoan Parish to bring a true Artisan Market village, refreshment and rest area to this year’s Old Lammas Fair on Monday & Tuesday 24th & 25th of August,” said a spokesperson.

“The New Ramoan Parish Centre in the Diamond Ballycastle is a new venue for buying some refreshments, shopping and relaxing as you visit the ‘Old Lammas’ fair. The parish will be providing soup, breads, scones with jam and cream, tray bakes, tea and coffee. Why not come along for some excellent food, a unique shopping experience in an artisan market, and a well deserved rest in the heart of Ballycastle away from the hustle and bustle of the Fair.

“Naturally North Coast and Glens is a not for profit community market which offers a platform for exceptional artisan produce and high quality hand-crafted goods created by our talented growers, food producers, artists, designers and crafters.

“Our markets aim to keep things authentic, providing a rare but enchanting opportunity to meet the many food and craft producers and suppliers from the North Coast & Glens and wider area. It is a haven for anybody who cares about the quality and provenance of the food they eat, for those that seek something different from what is found on supermarket shelves.

“It provides a cornucopia of exquisite handcrafted, artistic items and an opportunity to interact with the artisan who has produced them. Our stallholders are themselves primary producers – people who grow, make, create, style, rear, craft or bake the products that they sell.
