Neil Crowley to return to City

Jazz pianist and 2013’s City of Culture Musician in Residence Neil Crowley is set to return to this year’s City of Derry Jazz & Big Band Festival as part of the Nerve Centre’s Music Hothouse.

Supported by Music City 2014, the Hothouse gives young people the chance to get involved in a unique 5 day programme of intense jamming and mentoring which includes a musicianship workshop by ambassador for the city Neil Crowley. The Hothouse culminates in a showcase performance by the participants on stage in the Craft Village during the festival.

If you are aged 11 to 16 you can register your interest in the Hothouse via [email protected].
