New album from local singer

SINGER songwriter Aaron Ferris launches his first full length solo album at the House of Vic-Ryn in Lisburn on Friday, February 5.

After testing the solo acoustic artist waters a few years ago with the ‘A Round of Silence’ EP, the Antrim man has a freshly prepared full-length album carved and crafted in Einstein Professional Recording Studios, near Antrim.

Aaron has been writing and recording for coming up to 10 years now with his music focused on and heavily influenced by his Christian faith.

“Although with that in mind, we’re not talking Maranatha Praise here, the songs are of life experiences and heartfelt cries for God to work in lives and for others to find challenge and encouragement through the relevant thought-provoking writing, all backed with music that is kind to all types of ears,” Aaron said.

The album launch will be in The House of Vic-Ryn, in Lisburn, on Friday, February 5 in association with the Inspire Bookshop in the Vic-Ryn centre.

The evening will begin with coffee at 7.30pm, followed by an hour of music at 8pm when people can enjoy Aaron’s music live and in person.

After the show the shop will be open for everyone to browse and purchase the new album.
