New year for Waringstown WI

New Waringstown WI president Sandra Ledlie welcomed a good number of members to the first meeting of the new season.

Special guest was Jayne McKnight who, with her model, demonstrated how to apply makeup and also did the model’s long dark hair to look amazing.

This is the WI’s 60th birthday and Sandra has many ideas as to how to celebrate this.

The birthday girl was Peggy Steen. The competition, a decorated head band, was won by Louise Lyness.
