Nordic
Walking
- have a go!

Fancy trying out nordic
walking?

Next Thursday, July 23 from 6.45 to 9pm there is a unique opportunity to learn the basics of Nordic Walking on Benone Strand with NWUK qualified instructor Sonya Crawford of Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council.

Nordic walking is an enhancement of ordinary walking and uses poles to add two major benefits; it uses the upper body muscles as well as the legs and the poles help to propel the walker along meaning you work harder than usual, yet it feels easier - more calories less effort.
