NW tour on new Scots app
THE Northern Ireland Tourist Board (NITB) has launched a new Ulster-Scot software application for the Apple manufactured iPad and iPhone mobiles devices, which features a driving tour of Londonderry and Donegal.
Tourism Minister Arlene Foster told MLAs to investigate the new software application during a debate at the Stormont Assembly.
“We continue to work with all the agencies,” said Mrs Foster. “Those of you who have the time to do so should look at the new Ulster-Scots app for your iPad and iPhone, which we have launched recently.
“It has four driving tours: Londonderry and Donegal is one; there is one in north Antrim; and there are two in County Fermanagh. Members should spend some time in having a look at that.”
