One Act success for Finvoy YFC
FINVOY and Garvagh YFCs performed their award winning One Act Plays, Loose descriptions and Nothing Ever Happens, to an audience in Finvoy Presbyterian Church Hall on Tuesday 18th May 2010.
At the recent drama dinner Finvoy received two awards, Samantha Williams picking up Best Producer and the club also picking up the award for Best Set. Garvagh picked up the award for third overall.
Both Clubs performed their plays and Finvoy member Lindsey Henry sang two songs and a cup of tea was enjoyed by all. This event was to raise money for the Stranocum Community Rescue Service and over 300 was raised for this worthy cause. Both Clubs would like to thanks everyone who came and supported the evening.
