improve upon their skills through a beginners’ workshop with popular local photographer, Andy McInroy.

The half-day workshop, which is being held in Portnagree House, Ballycastle on Saturday

12 October from 10am – 1pm, offers attendees the opportunity to get to know the controls on their cameras (aperture, shutter, focus) and how they can be used to control depth of field, movement etc. Basic composition, flash and using a tripod will also be covered. There will also be an overview of transferring images from your camera to the computer along with the use of editing software.

Club Chair, Kieran Casey comments “The workshop promises to offer everyone the

opportunity to improve upon their skills with a group of like minded people.”

The workshop has a number of limited spaces still available at the cost of £10.
