Following last year’s massive success, the pirates spectacular returns to the seaside resort on Saturday, July 5.

Very brave participants will also be able to visit the pirate stockade, a new addition in 2014, and have their own personal run in with pirates and a beautiful mermaid.

The family event, developed by local Portrush man John McNally, is organised by Coleraine Borough Council and supported by the White House Portrush.

Mayor of Coleraine, councillor George Duddy, said, “I extend an open invitation to residents and visitors to come to the North Coast and join in the fun, search for treasure, dress up in fancy dress and meet some fishy characters who’ll be visiting Portrush for the day”.
