Presentation on life of AE Russell
A presentation will take place on Wednesday, November 16, at 7.30 pm in Ozanam House, William Street, Lurgan on the life and times of William George Russell (AE).
Mr Russell was one of Lurgan’s most illustrious sons.
A poet, politician, trade union organiser, artist, novelist and student of world religions, his was a life which, given the breadth of its diversity, makes for a very worthwhile examination.
It will be of interest to all sections of our community. Admission is free and open to everyone. Do come along, bring a friend and enjoy the evening.
