Pub of the year awards
The search to find Northern Ireland’s best pubs steps up a notch this week, as the shortlist for Pubs of Ulster’s prestigious Pub of the Year Awards 2014 is revealed.
Two pubs in Ballymena have been named amongst thirty eight shortlisted premises from right across Northern Ireland that will go head to head to be named the toast of the trade at the top industry Awards next month.
It could be a double award win for Gillie’s Bar in the Galgorm with the venue being shortlisted in the Best Hotel Bar category and barman Christian Grey being shortlisted in the Best Barperson category.
Ballymena’s Adair Arms has also been shortlisted in the Best Hotel Bar category.
