Public meeting

ARE you interested in music, art, drama, photography, local history or visual arts? Do you live in the Ballymoney Borough? Would you like to have an input into planning some of the arts events which take place in the Borough? If you can answer yes to all of these questions, then why not come along to a public meeting this Wednesday (6 October) to elect members to serve on Ballymoney Borough Arts Committee.

The Committee meets five times a year and with financial support from Ballymoney Borough Council aims to develop and promote a programme of arts events and projects to suit most tastes and ages.

The Committee also runs an arts grants scheme to support local organisations and individuals to develop events and projects.

New ideas are always appreciated so if you feel you would like to help plan future programmes, then come along to Ballymoney Town Hall this Wednesday night at 8.00pm. You will be made very welcome.
