Pupils raise money for Comic Relief

Last Friday, P6 pupils at Largymore PS held a fun filled fundraiser event to generate some much needed money for Comic Relief.

Their fancy dress theme this year was ‘Our Favourite Book Characters’ and parents and pupils went ‘all out’ to create some truly magnificent costumes.

Prize winners were selected from each class following a fancy dress parade and everyone received a special Red Nose day sticker in acknowledgement of their efforts.

A huge thank you goes to P6 and their teacher, Miss West, for planning and preparing lots of hilarious activities from ridiculous rhymes and silly dancing to sticking the Red Nose on the celebrity.

Finally, thank you to all the very supportive families for helping the school to raise £119.
