Puppet show set for town centre

LURGAN’S free entertainment for all the family in the town centre continues this week – so make sure you’re in Lurgan on Saturday, August 13.

By popular demand the Scallywags X-factor puppet show has come to town. With the colourful characters of Irish Lou, Simple Simon and Tweety Pie this musical puppet show will have the kids squealing with delight and in anticipation. The 30 minute show starts at 12noon and again at 1.30pm

After the show the young one can get nail or creative tattoos or their faces painted for free by Scallywags – all set to create a buzz around the town which is so important in attracting shoppers.

Lyn McNeill, Town Centre Manager, commented, “We’re helping to promote Lurgan’s high quality shopping and contemporary town centre and are delighted to offer this free entertainment.
