Radio One DJ goes to Heaven

PULLING out all the stops to ensure an exhilarating marathon of music niceties React is flying in not one, but three international DJs for its showpiece birthday party at Heaven nightclub in Cookstown on Saturday 1 September.

International superstar and BBC Radio 1’s king of all things hard, Kutski, headlines the show alongside hard dance and hardcore maestro Andy Whitby and German DJ-ing legend Scot Project.

Support comes from Ireland’s hardstyle kingpin L.E.D as well as the freshest up and coming talent including Lee Thomas, Paddy McAuley, Seamus Harkin, Lee McClelland, Kevin MaGuire and Dave Allen.

Special birthday bash lighting and décor, as well as performers and barbecue, ensure an end of summer shindig to remember.

Kutski is at the forefront of the hard dance revolution, broadcasting across the world with BBC Radio 1. The influential scratch-master is one of the most technically gifted DJs on the planet.

Incorporating DMC-style scratching and mixing into every perfectly constructed set, it’s not difficult to see why he has earned the tag ‘the people’s favourite’.

Kutski is regularly voted as the UK’s Number one hard dance DJ in DJ Magazine’s Top 100 DJ Poll and has scooped awards for Best UK Hard DJ and Outstanding Achievement in the annual Hard Dance Awards.

His unique technical ability has resulted in the world’s largest DJ equipment manufacturers recruiting the Chester native to test and market their newest gear, including industry leaders Pioneer, Serato, Vestax and Native Instruments.

Kutski is also a regular on the globe’s biggest stages including Defqon One, Creamfields, Dance Valley, Global Gathering and Electrocity amongst others.

Tours take him across Europe, Asia, North America and Australasia, performing to capacity crowds hundreds of times each year.

His KTRA podcast now receives over 20,000 downloads on iTunes each and every week and he continues to produce genre-defying tracks and remixes that destroy dancefloors at every opportunity.

Kutski is joined at React’s first birthday by the charismatic Andy Whitby!

Whitby is a phenomenon that continues to grow momentum at an almost frightful pace.

His sets are highly inspirational, massively addictive, hi-octane affairs delivered in a unique and original style. Jam-packed with his self-penned tracks, remixes, and bootlegs, they never fail to ignite dancefloors the world over.

Whitby has also established his own AWsum brand, incorporating a record label, events company and merchandise range.
