‘Every little monkey deserves a story and a cuddle’, so that’s why this June UK charity Book Trust is calling for all parents and carers to take their cheeky chimps to local libraries to make some jungle-themed reading adventures.

This year’s theme Jungle Adventures, is based on Giles Andreae’s beloved picture book Rumble in the Jungle. A special free copy of the book will be given to all children who come along to one of the library’s Rhythm and Rhyme sessions.

The local events will be held in Ballymoney Library on Wednesday, June 10 from 11am and in Ballycastle Library on Tuesday, June 9 from 10am. Contact the libraries to book a place.
