“The competition attracts a huge number of competitors and spectators to Portstewart every year. We have seen some exceptional talent and performances from local children, day visitors and holiday makers alike, and year on year children come back to experience the thrill of the competition.”

Frances Lundy of sponsors, Riada Resourcing, said: “Year on year I am so impressed by the level of talent on show and the amount of dedication and commitment these young people invest in their performances. I wish each and everyone one of them every success and I look forward to the competition.”

Competition heats are on Wednesday, July 20, 27 and August 3 and 10 with the grand final on August 17. Performances commence at 2.30pm each Wednesday. Each heat is always oversubscribed so it is advisable to enter well in advance.
