‘Soul of Belfast’ coming to Coleraine

BCGC is Northern Ireland’s first and only multicultural gospel choir. They are much sought-after due to their dynamic performances, which are charged with joy, passion and energy.

In the past few months they have played at the Waterfront Hall, Belfast City Hall and the opening ceremonies of the World Police and Fire Games and Titanic Centre.

BCGC is comprised of over 100 auditioned singers who perform in various-sized ensembles. They take great pride in the fact that our community is multicultural and cross-community.

The choir bring a passion and dynamism to eveyr performance - foot-stomping songs sit comfortably alongside powerful ballads and iconic gospel anthems.

Supporting the choir for their visit to Coleraine will be the up and coming young singer-songwriter from Magherafelt Callum Stewart, performing his unique acoustic sound which has taken him to London for auditions and who has recently recorded his debut EP.

The event will be held at The Vineyard, 10 Hillmans Way, Ballycastle Road, Coleraine on Saturday, February 1 at 7:30pm.

All proceeds from the charity concert fund the work of the Causeway Coast Christians Against Poverty Debt Centre that provides hope and a solution to the problem of unmanageable debt in a free and confidential manner.

The concert is expected to be sold out, so get your ticket early to avoid disappointment. Any remaining tickets can be bought at the door but this cannot be guaranteed.
